WOW :shock: I bought this game today and wow its the best FPS on ps3 bar none (possibly the best FPS I own and I own Halo3,Gears.) :shock: Ive almost completed it, I think, But I just turned my ps3 off as i'd done almost 8 :lol: hours

Better then COD4?

This is defo on my list along with the new mK game.

But Fallout 3 is starting to pick up so I'm spending literally days on that.

Note to self - finish part 1 :evil:

I got bored with it as I started it on hard, got halfway through then got stuck big style so never finished it.

I liked the story etc but there's not enough save points on the game so you play for ages fighting off shed loads of monster things then get killed and have to do it all over again.

Have they learned and put more save points in the new one?

Matt I think there are more save points, Also the weapons =P~ Oooooooooh :oops: I just love the Wraith :twisted:

Well yeah cause its more than 2 hours long :lol:

But on a more serious note I would say yeah it is better but your not really comparing like for like if you know what I mean,

But saying that Im abit biased TBH up untill this last tuesday Ive still been playing on line FOM every week for a year or so now :shock: with my mate's and now I'll be moving onto resistance2 :thumleft:

Matt yeah I love the story also and it just gets better boy :thumleft: .They have def improved the game alot the weapons are the same mostly but what I love is you only now get 35 bullets in a mag for the Bullseye instead of 70 :thumleft: , this was just stupid online cause if you never had a Bullseye you got fooking Hammered :evil: But also there are some more weapons

You gotta love the 44magnum with explodeing bullets HELL YEAH :twisted: :lol: :lol: ,

Also another sniper rifle that lets rip with 3 bullet volleys(aswell as Faraheye) =P~ ,

Bullseye mark 1 and a mark 2

Pulse cannon thing (Fried Calamari anyone :lol: )


Oh and my favourite THE WRAITH.

Think Arnie in T2 A Midi gun(spinning multi barrels of DEATH) ah yeah,300 bullets in each mag= wall of lead :lol: =P~ :twisted:

Bought FoM2 today, along with Tomb Raider Underworld (downloaded the PC demo beforehand) - not even unwrapped FoM2 yet! I've been engrossed in Tomb Raider thus far.

Tomb Raider, yes - superb game - it plays like Uncharted (which played a bit like Tomb Raider) but with better eye candy ;)
Still not played FoM2, might crack that open in a bit as it goes.

I put Resistance on for 30 mins, looks like it's going to be fun - went back to Tomb Raider though because I'm really into that at the moment, just reached Southern Mexico in the game - I hope it's not over too soon! The visuals are awesome and the game play is very moreish.

The "Connect PSP" option in Resistance 2 looked more exciting than it actually was, I thought it might do something interesting 'in game' as a secondary screen for mapping or somesuch (turns out it just unlocks content on the PSP version)

wow just read the IGN review and they love it (95/100) and they are normally stingy too :shock:

may have to buy this one as I have a few days off around xmas!

hmm now who is selling it the cheapest...

Got this game as part of a bundle and its a damn fine FPS!

Finished it on normal within about a week of playing on and off and its amazing graphics and weapons keep you hooked! :mrgreen:

Right.. time to buy a wifi router and get hooked up to the online action.. is it just a case of the normal team and individual death matches etc?

Yes but there are also other games aswell in which you play with other online gamers and do missions , Whats cool about this is the more there are of you the harder the mission gets :thumleft:
