Hey guys,

Bit about me:

My name is Jesse and am living in TX, USA. I am originally from New Mexico, USA. I have lived all my life in the US but would love to travel across the ocean and see 'the other wold'. I speak English and Spanish and would like to learn French. I am 23 years old.

How I found this site:

I stumbled upon this site by accident. Was search for random AW11 stuff on google. Went to the last page and started going in reverse lol. And found this site.
Iv always wanted to join other MR2 forums from diffrent countries but could never really find any forums other then USA ones. If anybody has other good MR2 froms from the other side of the world, please post them. I would be very greatful.

My car:

I am a proud owner of a 1985 Mr2 in pretty good shape. I bought it for $850 about a 1 1/2 years ago. It has been good to me with only have the crack pulley fail on me. I have to redo my suspension because the fronts rattle like a mofo.

Well.... Really its only one for now. Let me find more pics and resize them so I can post them up. I hope to be welcomed to this site and glad to now be part of it.

Car looks nice and in great condition. I guess the majority here are Mk2 owners but there are enough mk1 people to keep you company. Site is v. useful and informative I find...... hope you enjoy it.

Sorry to hear of your woes. Is it repairable? Insured? What you going to do?

No its not repairable and wasn't insured at the time. We were in the processes of getting new insurance. Sigh....

Ill start looking for a straight decent shell hopefully soon so I can swap everything over to it. Currently have it in a corner at my house. Fell in love the the 2 after driving that one and wont settle for anything else than another mr2.... and of course my civic im trying to boost lol
