Well the sooner we get it booked up the less the likelihood that the event will be opened to the general public.

At the moment there are currently five people booked. This is nowhere enough to secure the event so we need people to get booked up and pay at least 50% of the money ie £50 to ensure your booking then you can pay the rest later.

I'd say if we don't get at least 20bookings by the end of June then it will just turn into a normal trackday meaning that we end up sharing track space with all and sundry, so its up to people to get booked asap.

Please don't misunderstand me. I wasn't complaining about interlopers, I was just trying to drub up some more members to go to the trackday!

I know the trackday won't be full of MR2's but it would be nice to see a few more.

Thats okay Tom, we know you have an MR2 so you are allowed no worries. I'd reckon you'd get your SC sorted by September though.

Dunno bout b&b, but travellodge are doing an uber deal of £26 for a room. Just booked in to the Leeds Colton which is about 30 miles from Elv (the 2 travellodges in york don't have this deal on)...

Just checked confirmed bookings, there are 25 now so looks like it will be a good MR2 day. 17 people on the provisional list so more than enough to fill the remaining places. Cant wait!

Re. B&Bs I'm staying in Dunnington which is just down the road from Elvington, small B&B but the lady says she's got friends who run B&Bs in the area as well. Tom (Icsunonove) says there's a good pub in Dunnington too!
