It was absolutely worth the drive (although only 2 hours home). I loved seeing a really really shiny Red car (well done Ben) and parking on the grid was just amazing.

Thanks for making me feel welcome, I had a fantastic time.

I have some photos below and include one from this year's Goodwood Revival for comparison :thumleft:

Those pics are fantastic guys :thumleft:
Cheers for a great day, it's nice to be so welcomed! Its taking several years to upload all my pics, but I'll have them all uploaded by tomorrow with any luck!

I never thought I'd be able to line up on the Goodwood starting grid though, that made the day for me.

One of my mates went to Goodwood (sorry Nissan Almeria Gti) and said he saw a crashed Mk1 only a couple of miles from Goodwood at about 8.30ish.

Anyone who logs here ?

A friend of mine saw that too. Pretty bad apparently.

It wasn't one of the convoy down.

If it was a white one, I know who it was as they are on the OC. The car is a write off but they are ok. They hit some damp road and spun it.

Just buy it and keep it on the road. Tell her it's not yours, When you want to drive it, just swap the cars over. They can't tell the difference as long as the cars are the same colour

I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.

that only works with rifles (she knows nothing about them) hence why she thinks that i only have about 6 when this is the sum total of my collection.
