yea i keep meaning to get someone in the kno to explain this to me.

i get there gonna use servers but some PC games dont use servers and still have way more players than console games have.

im sure MAG will manage more than 16 without a server.

why are we mostly stuck at 16?

TIME TO BOOK FRIDAY OFF WORK PEOPLE

I cannot wait much longer for this. Sadly I must, but I have warned my close friends and family that I shall indeed be locking myself indoors for a good month after Fallout 3 sits in my 360 for the first time.

Did anyone play the first two games?

They were fantastic - the Fallout world even then was hugely atmospheric depite the graphical limitations.

Loved the bleak setting and dark humour.

Looking forward to Fallout 3 but w bit concerned it is going to fall short of the mark due to the hybrid 3d shooter/ turn based combat system.

Lets hope it lives up to the hype.

the PS3 mag has stated the 360 version is superior!

It's superb. The character creation is verging on the genius, and the whole world is superbly designed AND ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE!

It's a bit harder than Oblivion was and the gameplay mechanics are slightly different (sneaking, for example, is much tougher and requires more common sense), but other than that it's awesome.

Seconded!

It’s a brilliant game, if you liked Oblivion then this is in a very similar vein but different in a lot of other ways. It’s an RPG but there is a lot of action, it can be as fast passed or as slow paced as you like. The world you roam exists so people go about their business.

Definitely harder than Oblivion, and the guns, bombs add to this. The VATS is great fun, but if you like to keep it old school there is nothing better than sneaking up on an enemy, hiding in the brush and cracking off a long range headshot with the hunting rifle. :) It all definitely requires more thought than Oblivion, more tactical.

You can make your own weapons which adds another aspect too.

Been wandering for ages an only scratched the surface, I usually ignore the main mission and do a lot of the side missions before moving on. A lot of your actions have further reaching actions too, which means there is so many ways to play this game.

Currently playing as a nice guy, but I cant wait to replay and act like a total ass.

Was wondering about the point of being able to change your characters face as you never see it, that is until it went to a cut scene of me blowing some dudes head clean off.
