Lol ... well, why not :D

Dont plan on running loads of boost though ... just around 20psi ish and then plenty of nitrous at the drag way.

Only dilemma I have is I've been offered swapsies of my T67 for a T78 kit .... hmmm ... maybe a few months down the line hahaha
Small turbos - they're not big and they're not clever!

Just say NO to small turbos!

Guys, it's looking VERY unlikely that I'll be ready. Because of the time I've spent on the chargecooler, I'm WAY behind schedule, and too much needs doing to my car to be remotely competitive. I'm better off giving way to people that are better prepared.

I'm there to help others, though, so let me know if there's any way that I can help.

Whilst its on my mind, is there any chance of getting some IMOC vinyl stickers made up for those taking part?

Maybe the current logo with "IMOC Race Team" on it somewhere?

Thought it would make us stand out a little, make us look professional like :)

Neil.

Jonno, excellent news mate! Let's hope the Del Boy that's sorting out your clutch gets it over sharpish!! And yes, you can nick your CC back! :(

Andy, got your PM mate, but haven't had a chance to respond (been mega busy). I don't know of where to get a Rev2 block in a hurry, other than to look up the Toyota part no and get it new, but I've got a feeling you've already spent a load of money.

Why does it have to be a Rev2 block, and not a Rev3 one? Is it because of the oil pick up bits, etc, that you've got?

:D Battle of the engine builds !!!

As I shift through my backlog of work, I can report Steve C's car is back on the road having got all of our fingers out at the weekend - team effort with Stuart B and Steve C, so expect some posts from him soon... engine should be being introduced with boost by the weekend ... only minor setbacks that made us stay up till the graveyard shift was it sprung an oil leak after 45 mins of running from the Oil pressure Tee to the pressure gauge and one of the hulksters tightened a clamp for the fuel return too tight and cut the bloody hose in two ! #-o

Okay, now that was built up and running in the car for a weekends work, best start doing something about mine !
