This is a very original Rev 3 MR2 Turbo Coupe in Yellow.
I believe this to be the youngest and most original Yellow MR2 Turbo in the UK. The car was imported to the UK in early 1998, having been manufactured in 1996. We have owned this car since 2000 and the car has not been modified from standard in any significant way. Lady driver for last 8 years.We have been MR2 Drivers Club members since 1992 and this is the 5th MR2 in our household.
This car was at MR2000 and at MR2004 and has been the most fabulous car we have ever had. It never fails to bring a smile to our faces when driving or even just looking at it. We have had it for 8 years and it has been difficult to think of a car to replace it. In the end we have now got an Audi TT.It is genuinely in superb condition for its age, and the original engine still runs perfectly with no smoke or oil consumption.
The ABS brakes perform perfectly and there is very, very little rust as the car has been kept overnight in a dehumidified garage.Genuine top of the range lightweight Turbo GT spec.

Black Diamond cross drilled Front Brake Discs have been fitted when the standard items needed replacing.
Mongoose Stainless Exhaust System, which makes a wonderful noise, announcing its arrival without being boy racer.
12 spoke Mille Miglia 17 x 8 wheels with 215/40 on front and 245/35 on rear to keep correct relevant sizing.
Correct UK MPH/ KPH speedo fitted shortly after we got the car.
We still have the original kph speedo. 44210 Km + 91450 Miles. Total mileage 119,000.Rear fog lights
- no ugly modification. Instead the inner rear lamps act as fog lamps with tell tale switch at the dashboard.Speed delimiter is fitted, removing the 112mph limit.
MOT until April 2009.
All MOT certificates since early 2000 are available including all the emissions results.Full service history and receipts since 2000 are available.
Cam Belt replaced 3 years/ 32000 miles ago.
