Ebay Seller to avoid: Mowsbargains

Post by JeffD »

Totally ripped off by this person. Won and paid for a 1/4 window louvre vent and specifically asked them to check that the clips on the back were in good condition.

Advert said item would be dispatched within 3 days by parcelforce 48hr.

Next day I get an email requesting I leave positive feedaback as "Paypal wont release the funds" - yeah right!! Told them I would be happy to leave feedback only when I had received item. After a few days when nothing was received I emailed them to ask me where my vent was which they replied by saying it had been so posted 2nd class that morning. So much for parcelforce 48hrs within 3 days of auction end.

WHen I recieved the vent its absolutely knackered. All the clips bar 1 broken, tooling marks all over it where its been levered out, filthy dirty and damaged at back. Unusable :-(
