[Mk2] [NA] Smell of fuel when driving

I have an odd smell of fuel when driving car with window open. . . . any ideas???

Cant see any leaks.

umm cos your driving through a petrol station :idea: LOL only joking mate the only thing i can think of is if there no leaks as you said it might be over fueling ie mixture to strong is the car running ok

i have the same problem and i think my exhaust its very black

well if your exhaust is black then i would say that your running to rich on fuel would anyone else agree

check your airfilter, induction pipes and Lambda sensor.
