I was in a group buy for a new full Mongoose system when a week or so before the group buy completed my existing exhaust fell to bits putting my car off the road. In fact some of it went bouncing down the road! 
Jamie happily pulled me out of the group buy and sorted me out with a full Mongoose system separately and it arrived the next day! Great service and a good price
