Help?

Post by blueorb »

I know this is in the wrong place, but no one seems to check the security forum.

I need an alarm for my new MR2 (I get it in a few days !!) However, not sure whether to go clifford concept 650 or Toad 606i ?

Does anyone have experience with either of these.

HELP

I had a Clifford C600 on my previous tubby, and a Toad on my current one.

One of those things that I just can't put my finger on and there's no logic behind it either - I really don't feel as though the car is as well protected at the moment with the Toad (and I've had a Toad engineer do a report on the thing), so as soon as the money situation settles down, I'm definately going to put a Clifford on it.

I've got a Clifford concept 500, and recently, I was trying to help a mate with his Toad 606i. And I can say that the clifford is far easier to set up. They are both very flexible systems but soft access is soooo much easier on the clifford, although before I looked at the Toad, I woulda prolly said it was complicated.
