[Mk2] [Turbo] Vented/grooved brake discs

I keep getting brake fade recently - probably due to how easy it is to go well over 100mph on a (private) dual carriageway in a rev 3!

Is it worth upgrading to vented/grooved discs? On previous cars (mk1 mr2s!) I have used high performance pads with pretty good results...

but my guess is that with the bigger dics on an mr2 turbo just changing the pads will have less of an effect?

ALso where is best place to order vented discs from?

i assume when you say vented you mean drilled? All rev2+ discs are vented (including the rears i think). Also drilled discs will crack, hi-end beemers crack the discs. Carbotec pads are supposed to be the best upgrade for the brakes but they produce a lot of sticky dust and squeal quite a lot on the road
