i ran my car on the weekend just with cheap street tires 235/40/17's i ran a 12.8 at 112 mph but my 60 foots werent good best i pulled was a 2.163, i was thinkin drag radials but i still drivemy car quite a bit on thee street, wondering wat people arerunin for tires and does anyboddy have suggestions for a good sticky street tire?... you don't want to be using them on the road if you can help it. Some people do drive to events with them on though - but it does upset the handling of the car, so take it easy on the way to racing if you get any. You'd proablay also need smaller diameter wheels for drag radials (15's probably).(Century Motorsport) his advice.
