Northants / Milton Keynes 29/5/05

Northants Jap are having their annual bank holiday Sunday run to Milton Keynes Cruise for a bit of a laff.

We will be meeting up at the Hungry Horse Pub in sixfields at 18:30 and will be leaving to convoy to the Hockey Stadium in Milton Keynes at around 19:00

Last time we landed up having a mix of over 20 tastey jap motors from MR2's to Skylines to Supras and RX7's. The mix attracted a fair bit of attention from the local "Cruisers".

Always good for a laugh

I intend on heading over to Sixfields after the MR2 challenge day at Mallory Park.

Where you setting off from for Mallory Park? I may be heading over if i dont get called into work.

It all depends on what time things wrap up at Mallory Park.

Since the start time at the first meet point (Hungry Horse Pub, Weedon Road, Sixfields, Northamtpton) is at 18:30. I will probably go home and grab a bite to eat between Mallory Park and the HH Pub as I only live two minutes from the pub

You won't miss my Red MKI as it will probably be the only car of it's type there

Was a good night. Many funny moments and quite a good turnout.

Our group consisted of 4 MR2's, 4 Subaru's, A Supra, A Celica, FTO and a 300ZX all parked up by Gate 7. The Skylines landed up parking a fair distance away as did some of our scoobies and a MR2.

Spotted loads of other MR2's. White Rev1/2 T-Bar drove through. A dark blue G-Ltd with a spoiler where it looked like the middle bit was missing of a three piece. Nice clean Yellow Veilside kitted one with a female owner. J5 TRD - the MKII Spyder was also spotted driving about a few times.

Hopefully we'll get a few more IMOC club members together for the next one in about 3 months.

yeah i had a good night and a good turn out. i saw you guys parked up but couldn't find a space nearby.

Don't remember the pug, but the dark blue/black Metro with the cheese-cloth effect bonnet and sprayed wheels rocked. Even the coppers took a huge delight in it

I will post some of the photos later.

Incedently there was a blue Rev3 tubby in our midst (not Frosty), I can't remember the blokes name, but had a huge spoiler on the rear bomex front, skirst of some sort or other, and a single exit exhaust that absolutely roared like nothing I have ever heard before Is it anyone from this forum?
