There's 2 possible outcomes to that video (if its real):

1: The guy bought/owned the TV. He takes her to court. Video used as evidence. She has to pay for the damage. There was a similar story in the agony aunt section of the Sun (those things are hilarious!) where a woman was being taken to court for smashing her ex's car. He won.

2. She bought/owned the TV. Silly cow just smashed her own TV.
