Weird clicking when I reverse

It's quite annoying, when I go into reverse to get off the driveway, there's a weird clicking, like plastic on plastic, it has something to do with the wheels as it has the same repetition as their rotation........

Any diagnosis appreciated!!!

check for slightly binding calipers. wear on the pads and on the guide pins often lead to different pad release characteristics depending on the direction of rotation.

I know this might sound daft but when did you last check your wheel nuts for tightness. I had exactly this on my car when I first picked it up. It turned out to have three not very tight wheel nuts on one wheel!

do you have non-standard wheels?
If so then are the correct spigot rings fitted?
if not, or if a previous owner had non-standard wheels + removed them for sale, but left the spigot rings on then the wheels will not seat properly, which could lead to your problem

Cheers for ur help guys, would seem it was the caliper.... I have had four new calipers fitted now, runs sweet too!

All I have to sort out now is the steering rack and geabox

Fitting was £50 included in the above price.
