[Mk2] [Turbo] Rev1 Turbo (with Rev2 wheels) discs and pads

Evening all.

I hope someone can advise.

I recently became the proud owner of a 1990 Rev1 Mk2 MR2 Turbo T-bar.

I have replaced the stock 14" wheels with Rev2+ 15" wheels.

While putting them on I realised I need to replace the discs and pads all round (a.s.a.p)

I have looked at Fen Sports and they offer

High quality Front Brake Discs 258x25 - Early Spec MR2 with 14" Alloys

Or

High quality Front Brake Discs 275x30 - Late Spec MR2 with 15" Alloys

Mine is now an Early Spec MR2 with 15" Alloys.

Do I need to upgrade the discs and pads to the Late Spec MR2 with 15" Alloys?

Or stick with the Early Spec MR2 with 14" Alloys.

Any help is appreciated.

maybe price up the Rev2+ calipers etc and if you can afford it upgrade to them so you have the benifit of better / uprated brakes

I just got good 2nd hand rev3 brakes, fitted, for £250 with calipers, discs and pads. Splashed out and got braided lines at the same time for another £100. The difference is very noticeable. Often see sets in the for sale section here.
