A boost controller cannot prevent/limit boost creep - the point of boost creep is that the wastegate door is FLAT OUT OPEN yet the boost continues to rise...

I understand what boost creep is, sorry i used the wrong wording when writing my first post, this is why i dont post often, you use a word wrong and everyone has to comment!

The only reason i posted to was to point out that to get 300bhp fly is possible on a rev2 using stardard injectors just they will be running at max.

Try Fensport for hybrid turbos mate, Ive got a stage 2 CT 26 (according to them it is essentially an improved C20b) steel shaft, 48mm compressor wheel. According to their site with standard injectors, cooling and pistons its good for 290hp at the fly at 1.2bar. Mines still set at .9bar (12psi) as I dont have a fuel cut defencer........yet!

Yes I do think that 299bhp is too high, I've got a similar state of engine tune,
Stage 2 hybrid at 12psi
Blitz Nur Spec exhaust
HKS Induction kit
Magnecor leads
Blitz fuel pump

I estimate my car to be running about 250/260ish if I'm lucky.

Rolling roads are not particularly accurate or repeatable. THe flywheel figure is little more than a guestimate since the wind-down resistance of a worn drivetrain is never the same as the wind-up resistance.
In my opinion any tuner that quotes a figure as specific as 299.7 hp is misleading you: its in the same league as someone who measures cylinder bores with a yard stick and pronounces them to be 10 thou overbored.
