[Mk2] [Generic] Will 205/50/15 tyres fit standard rev 3 rear alloys?

I think the standard size is 225/50/15 but does anybody know if 205/50/15 tyres will fit the standard rev 3 rear alloys?

I need to know by saturday afternoon so any help would be much appreciated.

I have 205/50/15s on the front of mine with 7x15 wheels all round. They're v good on the front as the slight stretch makes them v responsive. Not ideal for the rear (225/50/15s are best again on 7x15 with a more curvy sidewall, less stretched) but they'll fit OK.
