Already told Jo last week, but figured I ought to update this thread... due to lack of a car, I won't be able to make it to this one... Gutted as I enjoyed it last year.

This email is an acknowledgement of your club booking for Supercar Sunday 15 June.
Your Booking Reference is 15 . Your Allocation is 12 Vehicle Passes and 18 Individual Passes.
This year we will not be sending out passes, club members can pick them up from the Club pick up point. (See below).
Arrival and Check in
Please follow the signs to the Club Pick Up Point and pick up the following: -
• Club wristbands, please wear these at all times
• Vehicle Passes, please display these at all times, to ease access onto the arenas
Please quote your club name MR2MK1 Club and booking reference to obtain the above. Wristbands and passes will be distributed on a first come basis. (If as a club you wish to exert more control please nominate a person to arrive early to take delivery of your club's quota).
There will be a "Club Meeting Area" provided to allow you to distribute the Club wristbands and Vehicle Passes to your members so that they are visible to Heritage Motor Centre staff when they enter the roundabout to drive down the Spine Road. (See diagram at the end of this email)
You will not be able to distribute them on the Entry Road, the Spine Road or the Arenas.
Only cars with a Vehicle Pass and wristbands for driver and all passengers will be allowed down the Spine road.

This is all the info i was sent, so peeps you can get your tickets this way.

All displays or club stands will need to be in place by 9.30am as the gates will open to the public at 10.00am.

As there are only a few of us attending, I don't think it will be necessary to meet up before entering the grounds. So just go ahead and quote club and Book Ref as above and head for the stand.

I'll do my best to be there before nine and put the banner up. I don't have a gazebo to bring, so if anyone else happens to have one they can bring along, please feel free to do so.

As far as I remember, the ground was marked out with the name of the club so you should manage to find the pitch if you arrive before me.

I've been to this in 2005 and 2006, nice day out. The first time I didn't even know the mk1s were there so it was a nice suprise to see them tucked away at the back (well the far side)

I reckon next year, all being well I have a 2 on the road, I may come along and display at last. I hope to have a pretty mint looking (another sc conversion) car by then.

Anyway, enjoy it everyone, hope the weather stays good for you (2005 was red hot all day, 2006 was sunny/overcast if I remember right so you should be ok).

Was an ace day out! I'm sunburnt again!!

Shame we only had a few cars there this year, last time I attended we had double that in just mk1s.

Olly - Did you find out who the random mk2 belonged to? We saw you all bonding at the end of the day!
