from what i understand they need 2 pics to secure a prosecution. i was told by a guy who works for an insurance company (a few years ago though) that u also have to be in the radar for a certain length of time (i think 2 seconds). also ask for the daily check sheet for the radar equipment- if it wasnt checked that day ur're free!!!

not sure if the second pic counts though but dont hold me to that. Easiest way to get around that is say that you were selling and peeps were test driving- ur're not sure who was driving at that time- lots of peeps came to check it. grow a beard and say "see told u so"!- may have to prove you were selling the car (advert on car glass should get you away with it)

put some stickers on your window, bit of water on them and a hard drier, make a few marks on them too, anything to make it look like they were there for a long time. throw away the jumper you were wearing, put a crack in the front plate and claime it's a cloned car oh and get someone to lie and say you were at there place pretty much all afternoon but make sure there is no CCTV cameras on the way to where you friend lives or your fecked.

not naming names but my mate got a guard at his work to fiddle a CCTV tape once to get out of a parking fine to say he was at work at the time and the carpark was 10 miles away so couldn't be him! showed him parking up late afternoon and walking into work. they fiddled the display clock LOL funny but VERY illegal i reckon!

so the bottom line is pay up and try to be more observant. i still seem to remember that they had to have two clear photos but maybe thats the fixed,lines on the road buggers.
so much for a camera being used for saftey reasons. i dont think i was going to suddenly swerve and go off in search of a non existant car to smash into.i also dont think i was going to spin off on the gentle curve on the clear road.
i would like to see it in black and white that the pictures dont matter so any lawyers who can point me to the relevant section of the road traffic act please add you bit.

i hate it when they call them 'safety camera's' a speeding joy rider aint gonna slow for them and unless the camera can step into the cars path i can't see why it is a safety camera. and if there is a camera it only makes 5ft of safe road as almost 99% of the time people speed up once past the camera, i know i do near the ones in basildon

anyway, i think anyone trying to claim they were not driving is mad give the photo evidence, you really fancy doing porridge in the big house for perverting the course of justice and/or perjury?

i suspect the police send out low resolution picture but considering the cost of the cameras i would imagine much higher resolution snaps would be available in court.

cant quite work out why i got one photo,nice and clear,and one printed copy all fuzzy.why not two photos? are they trying to get more dosh out of people in court? if they can send one pic why not two?
anyway my beast of a peugeot cost me 0 pence and has done 5000 mls so far. its got all the latest interior mods,custom gear knob,fitted tool boxes,parts department and the super bright head lamps just have to be seen. so maybe 60 quid aint so bad.
