Two things for you to check :

1. If you're an existing member, was the payment £5 ?

Premium membership is now £7.50, so much like standing orders with banks, you will need to setup a new subscription at the new price and it should go through. This is something we can't do automatically from our end.

If you can provide Chris or I with the details of :

- The Amount paid previosly
- Date the payment made
- PayPal email address of the account sending the payment

We can refund the old payment back to you, and you'll need to cancel the old subscription from PayPal - we can send the details through.

2. Did you make payment via eCheque ? If so, it will take 7-10 days for PayPal to process the payment, and then send it to IMOC - there's nothing we can do to speed this up. When it does come through, your account will be upgraded / renewed automatically.

OK, first off - your Premium Membership should be back.

Looking into why there was a problem you seem to have paid from a new email address before your old subscription ran out:



10/10 for getting things sorted in advance, but unfortunately the way you sequenced things the old one that expired knocked out the new subscription - if you'd let the old one expire and then re-subscribed all would have been well - you don't loose anything.
