Saw a review of it on the telly and they reckoned it was pretty medicore. I think the issue is they make such a play about a new PS3 game, they hype it for so long, release gets delayed and delayed and by the time they do launch people are bored shitless before they even play it!

Exactly - they over cook every thing then charge too much for it when it finally comes out. Yet no one remembers it in years gone buy.
Look at GT5 - I bet at least half the people who buy it will feel let down if it ever comes out. It'll look pretty and probably be "lifelike" but it'll be just another racing game at the end of the day. Cars, tracks, pretty graphics. Nothing new there. So why take 2 years + to make it?

I'm starting to think I should have got a standalone bluray player at the moment as there is quite litterally nothing making me want to buy it.

Jusy remembered I have the demo of this downloaded. Will give it a go for a first hand view on it.

Wasn't really impressed with the demo. Killzone 2 could be interesting but that's been put back now until early 2009 surprise!!!
