password issues again, please help admin people

I have requested a new password, as the last one I was issued by BenF was a random job and is stored on an old PC, but the new one sent to me via the system, again, will not work once entered.

Could someone please look into this.

My normal user name is spudgun.

I'm not sure why this keeps happening, but there is nothing more I can do my end.

You need to change your email address to be a ISP email account, and add [email protected] to your local address book.

This kind of problems happen as the various free webmail services misclassify email from IMOC as spam and bin it.

Use a proper ISP email address and you should be fine.

Hi Ben,
I have gone back and tried again and the problem isn't with your server but the xxxx at this end who can't read properly.

I have at least learnt something today. Thanks for your efforts and sorry for being a pain.
