[Mk2] [Turbo] race design carbon parts rant

hi can anyone enlighten with this outfit.......as i think they are a poor company to deal with......
i bought a carbon rear centre panel from them a while back and my fitter on the trd is saying it needs to be smooth down a shade more for a perfect fit......so rather he did it..which i know he can......
i said well it dont matter as i got one already and not to keen now on the carbon look.....
i mail the company to put the defect right or refund my money......

and they just wont respond...any one else had dealing with this company on ebay............carl.

given up ordering stuff from them mate its always 2 months in the waiting and only just up to standard. Too bad cos if he charged another 20% more and used that 20% to get the finish perfect and delivery good it would be a awsome purchase every time.

Same here Luke. Always had excellent service from Martin, and the centre panel I had off him a while back fitted absolutely perfectly.

i got some inspection panels off them just before xmas. took a couple of weeks to get them, but that was communicated to me from the outset. Before i had the car, previous owner got a centre panel off them. centre panel was a really good fit (wasn't carbon though, was a FG one).

agentturbo, do you have any pics of the panel you got, or any showing the fitting problem. TRD kit wouldn't alter anything where the honeycomb is would it ?

thanks for the replies guys........well maybe it must just be my product.....
i did not try to fit this panel myself......so cant say why it would not fit perfect.
just really wanted to know why they have no products on ebay at the moment.........(have'nt checked now for a few days though)
more importantly........it took me quite a while to pested him to send me the product....as i dont think he had one in stock.......
then not to reply to my mail, expressing my concerns on the fit ........
maybe he is not around at the moment....but dont make it right for me.....
