Factory Colour?

Post by J-T »

Was there ever either a special order, or special edition pearlescent white colour available around 1986? As far as i know, i've never heard of it, but there's a 1a on ebay in that colour and he's saying it's a factory colour. ususally, i'd just think he's wrong, but i can remember a C reg corolla GT i used to see knocking about years and years ago in the same colour - just a coincidence?

I have the paint and upholstery colour charts for 1986, 1987 and 1988 and there are no whites other than the solid colours so it is either a special order or a later respray. I suspect a later respray as the pearlescent paint is , i think, a modern paint .

i think it's probs a respray, but the paint was available then, as the audi quattro came in the same colour (and looked pretty awesome in it!)

My SC(an 89 though)
Is a different code is 043.
A b1tch as you have to have it made up.
I`m 100% sure there was no special white
