Moddified MR2 with Hybrid Turbo FOR SALE - MUST LOOK!! SOLD

The time has come to sell my MR2. It only gets driven once a week, if that, and i've now got a company car. It's kept in a underground car park. Its the best looking MR2 around and it's in excellent condition. I'm from a family of MR2 lovers and this car has been well maintained, regardless of cost. I've owned the car for 3 years. When i brought the cars engine was TOTALLY standard. Its now running 280bhp, was tuned on a rolling road last year, print out to prove.

Its a 1993 rev2 and done 90k miles.

Modifications i've done since owning the car:

Full Veilside body kit apart from front bumper which is Bomex. Professionally installed with all lines smoothed out.
18 inch Kia RSS alloys wrapped in Yokahama rubber
PI Springs, lowered 40mm
Belstein Stocks
Toms Carbon Fibre Scoop (still have original panel)

Fully colour coded interior including white re-trimmed leather seats and door cards.
TV including Playstation
A-Pillar complete with 60mm Boost Gauge and Air/Fuel ratio meter
Momo steering wheel

nice example there mate, shame you have to sell, but would be even more of a shame for her to go to waste.
The markets really slow at the mo, but best of luck with the sale, i have a feeling you will have more luck in the summer though mate.

dont mean to go off topic but how much does it cost to get the dash covered in leather?

was thinking about maybe flocking the dash red and part of the door cards too

Its not a leather dash, it was removed and pinted. It looks excellent. I would think its very expensive to have it covered in leather.

Bump, still for sale, going on autotrader today. Id rather keep the car in the club as i also brought it from a club member. The peron i sold my last MR2 to wrote it off in a month need this one to go to a good home

what is the ideal price you wanted also very nice example i must say but its still a rev 2 wont fetch anywhere what it would of last year shame i no i lost out on mine although your tubby if its good for 400 how come only 280 out of it

Around 4k, id be gutted if it went for less.

Its hard pricing up this sort of car, i know how much i have spent on it but i know that doesn't really add to the value of it. Though i have seen people asking for the same amount of money for theirs and its no where near as nice as mine, even rev2's.

The turbo and clutch for that matter, will handle 400bhp @ 1.5bar but to run it at that sort of power internals amoungst other things need to be upgraded.

yeah i agree it was hard letting mine go as you always want top price but how the market is at the moment you can pick up a rev 3 for 3 - 3.5 min its stupid but how ever i shall keep and eye out to see how your ad gets on thanks
