alrite gents

got a slight problem atm with my boot!

put a new boot lid and spoiler on my tubby and its now stuck! i didnt put the lock on it yet either..and the catch in next to the driver seat i think has snapped...not sure but it def dont open the boot!

i have no idea how to open the boot..any help would be great with what i should do...

ive said this before to someone theres a guy on here who will pm you how to do it he wont post it up as you dont want everybody knowing how to do it, his way causes no damage aswell so he said try a search on it :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:

Search my threads mate. I had this problem (well similar).

All I did was remove both side engine covers and with a small chizel I smashed both the rivets out of the hinges. Lift the boot lid up from the back (engine side) and pull the carpet down and pull the mechanism by hand.

You can either then get some new rivets put back in or use some bolts with locking threads as a temporary fix.
