Interestingly, I don't have any red lights. It just beeps then freezes ?
Is this normal for a dead 360?
Will the warranty cover it?
Just got Condemned 2 as well & was looking forward to playing

did a quick google search and most people with that problem have it beep, then freeze, then when they turn it back on they have 3 red lights.

just tell em thats what happens and you can get it sent off.

There's no red lights though. Restarted it and every time, it lasts about 10 minutes, beeps then freezes.

Will they not fix it if it's not the 3 red lights?

What's the proceedure for getting them to fix them btw?

HMV Arcade package = £160 so I might buy that. Then 2 mates are keen to buy my broken one once it's fixed. I said they could have it for £75 with a couple of games thrown in.

Yep they'll fix it no probs.

They dont want your hard drive or anything else other than the console itself.

Sweet. Just picked up the arcade package from HMV for £160
So cheap now. Even the Pro package is only £200

I take it the new ones are now updated so they dont get belly up as easily?

I only ever had wired controllers for the 360. Be nice to have a wireless one lol.

personally id say there was a red light mate.

Yeah its the same way my original 360 went. Kept crashing and freezing, then got the ROD.

the only reason i say it is cos i think the 3 year warranty only covers you for red lights so its best you have some if you are ringing them.

If he keeps using it with those symtoms he'll get the ROD. I did.

I cant keep using it lol, it only last 2-5 minutes before freezing.
Put the new one in last night, it's all gravy now.

Will have to get myself an HDMI lead and optic for it now
