Refurbed Sparco Wheels On Car Now

Post by mattcambs »

Taken my BK Racing 17s off and swapped on the set of Sparco alloys I had refurbished last year (I was intendeding to put them on my last MR2).

They look a little small in the arches, but these are staggered with the correct offsets, which the BKs weren't. I think they give the car a more subtle, less blingy look. And the rears have a nice deep dish which give the car a more agressive look.

I've also taken off those hideous little sidelights and rewired up the stock lights. Cleaned up the holes in the bumper with MS Paint!

Much better \:D/

They don't look small in the arches, its just because the car is standing tall....Get it lowered a tad and the car will look luvlee :thumleft:

Cheers, chappy :thumleft:

I'm a bit wary of lowering it as I don't really want the ride to be any stiffer, but it would definitely look better.

Looking good boyo.

Now, I may be alone here, but I reckon it'd look sweeter without the fogs? What do you reckon? I just don't think they suit that bumper IMO

Cheers, Paul. That doesnt actually look quite good without the fogs! And I still need you to help me fill in the holes where the old sidelights were

Just to confirm: the top picture is the OLD wheels, incase anyone thought otherwise

Bit cheeky, but can anyone help with my dump valve problem? See thread in General.

Cheers :thumleft:

No problem boss, when some good consistent warm weather comes, we'll be on it! (Can you e-mail me a close up of the holes so I can see what we're dealing with?

I wanted to give you the 'fogless' view from a couple of angles. innit. :cyclops:
