I expect, possibly even cheaper elsewhere! Either way, grabbed a new HD DVD drive for £39 in Chips in Stockton; works with my Eee as an external drive, comes with a media remote. Now if I see bargain HD discs I like the look of I can play them, and I needed an external drive for my small PCs!

real shame they dont have the ability to burn otherwise theres not much use for it.
well having said that i havent seen what prices on HD-DVD are like these days? are they all being sold off cheap yet?
