Just a quickie,

Ordered a few high value parts recently. When I dropped Patrick / Lyn a quick courtesy E-Mail today to say my Helix cluch got here OK -Lyn replied very quickly saying that my new Link XLEM ECU was being dispatched and gave me a tracking number. The consignment was stuck in customs when I originally ordered.

Have also spoken to Matt and Lyndon recently by E-Mail / phone and always grateful of their attention.

...Little touches like return correspondence make a huge difference.
