Picking my Rev 3 Turbo up today!!!!!!! MORE PICS!!

Post by benny p »

Hi all,

I'm picking her up later today from what seems an eternity for the money to clear!

Really pleased, especially as it was a local ebay auction that i casually went to view. I wasn't too impressed from the pictures but it hit reserve at a low price so i decided i may as well go and take a peek! Got there and it was a right treat, lovely deep green colour, honest nice chap selling, spotless gt interior (sooooo nice), Turned out to have Apexi coilovers, jasma exhaust, hks filter and blitz turbo timer!! (and all the original suspension and airbox in the boot!)

68K with BIMTA certificate, cambelt done just before 60k!

Really really pleased (and i've not even got it yet!). It will be nice to have another 2, and looking forward also to seeing the diff between my old rev 2 and this.

Here are some pics, but as i said, they don't do it any justice, i'll get some pics with my SLR as soon as i can!! :D :D :D

Thats the best colour mate! Also those Falken Azenzis tyres are meant to be bloody awesome, for some reason they dont sell them in the uk though.

ooooooo.... so so happy! lol...

Yeah it was nice to discover them being TRD. lovely! everytime i look at them too they grow on me more and more.

As with all cars yuo buy, a few things need sorting, but maybe im over the top? lol. Windows leak as if they wernt even there, lol, so got to adjust them as they are all loose and flappy, so that should cure that. Front splitter needs a respray as it looks like someone has tried touching it up with a paint brush?!? lol. bulb for the ciggy lighter has fallen out and shines through a random gap. O possibly the worst thing is a clunk from one of the rear shocks over big bumps!

After giving her a wash the other day i was even more happy!! come up a treat. Fortunately my cousin has just started car detailing so im going to emply him soonish! :)

Here's some ok'ish pics from the mobly!
