mine sits at 89-90 and dips when on boost to 85-87......

you temp guage shouldnt be moving really at your temps......you sure that guage is correct...
mine didnt start to move unitl my guage was over 100C and only went to 3/4 at 110C....

it should be ROCK solid at just less than half way.

Im thinking the Stock guage might not be working properly. Im guessing its easy to replace the stock guages sensor?

Also, something seems wrong with the electrics somewhere. put it in first and rolled forward slowly and the MPH dial jumped to 120mph and sat there and droppepd back down and added a few miles to the dial..

Only thing that I dont like is the noise the twin plate clutch makes (but its not realy a big problem). When you put the clutch in to change gear you can here the clutch plates like lightly rubbing each other making a rough sort of noise, but maybe it just needs worn in as its not been on for long. Anyone else get this problem with a twin plated clutch?

i would be trusting your stock gauge more than your aftermarket one tbh....

This is one of my favourite MR2's ever. I'm in love with the wing, if you ever sell it, let me know. ;)

Oh yeah, another thing. The only Border I notice on that car is the frontbumper, the rest is something else. Have no idea what sides and rear but, the rear wing isn't Border either, it's Bomex. :thumleft:

I just copied and pasted the mods listed on the advert so need to start editing it :), Front bumper is Border and found out from mr2rev3 that the side skirts are Phoenix Power skirts and then on Forza 2 I noticed the rear wing was bomex (was trying to make my car on it hehe). Dont know what the rear spats are yet

I know that Bomex wings tend to be a little unpopular, but for my money they LOOK SO GOOD!! Wanted one originally on my car to replace the veilside one I fitted in a fit of insanity, but could only find one available from POTN and when I enquired it was damaged so I went for a high-leg CF job instead. I reckon that big wings are better, they just suit the flowing lines of the '2 so well!

My opinion of a black bonnet on a non-black car is, well, guff - however, your car pulls it off somehow, looks great overall.
Gauges are in a compromised position though!
