That looks AWESOME!

Codemasters have gone a bit weird though recently...

I've spent hours and hours playing the TOCA series in the past - absolutely loved them, and the McRae rally stuff too.

DiRT didn't really do it for me, I didn't like the menu system and I think that changed the whole feel of the game for me.

This looks sweet, and I hope they don't try to make it 'awesomeracingaction' with the same rubbish menus and voice-over as Dirt.

I love DiRT! I also really liked the menu style, different and funky! The voiceover was f**king sh*te though!

well done chap, I hadn't heard anything about this until now, and all my racers are completed.

Agreed about the Dirt voice over, we will have less of that, thank you.

Looks like Gran Turismo with damage.

And that's what everyone wants :thumleft:

That looks very very nice, Is it the Toca Race Driver 3 replacement. I bet you could be waiting a while for the release though.

I've always been a big fan of the toca series, loved RD3, played it online in a league so i'm really looking forward to grid, although it seems a shame that they are catering for the merkins and not having so many euro tracks and it is a worry tha they seem to be going a bit arcadey with it.

I'll buy it for sure though, I just hope i'm not too dissapointed.

What a combo :thumleft:

It certainly impresses in the graphics department  and if the damage detail is similar to what i've seen in DiRT on the 360 then it's on the pre-order list (Must be my destructive side and why i love Burnout Paradise so much)

GT5P hopefully waiting for me behind my letterbox after work one day next week so that will have to make do for now

*ahem*

GT5P won't have damage, GRID does. This alone makes it more realistic and much, much cooler :+:

Oddly enough, there is a mk2 turbo, and a rx7 which sit in the carpark, so there are at least some people there who are into the scene. Obviously nothing as rare as a mk1 SC though.....

I do wonder why you'd have a mk2 turbo in a racing game, how odd.

Is there a car list?

Not yet AFAIK. You can look through the features section on the community site to see some of the cars which will be in the final game.
