Just another update people. I have expanded the size of the club stand to accomodate up to 30 vehicles. Realistically we *should* be getting 22, 23 cars so maybe we will have a bit of space for a small marquee of sorts.

Who would be up for a Bar-Be-que on the day?
I will ask and see if we are allowed to bring one. I could supply the barbie (i think my one at home will fit in the boot.. ) and then everyone brings their own food to cook. 1 big bag of charcoal and everybody chips in for it....thoughts?

I checked the booking form and it does not say either way if we can have barbecue's or not but it does state

27. Exhibitors and all Exhibitors staff must familiarise themselves with fire precautions and are required to provide fire extinguishers suitable for controlling and extinguising any fire which may occur on or adjacent to their stand. PLEASE NOTE: Petrol generators are not permitted.

Standard or not it'd be welcome. You're better off parking on the stand as the public parking is miles away.

Right folks, the 30 advance tickets i have are now all sold to the list above (Those without PAID next to their names need to pay up now or let me know if they dont require the ticket anymore to allow others to benefit)
There are 9 stand passes available but you will have to either purchase your entrance ticket on-line from the Japfest website for £13 or pay on the gate £15 to secure one. I cannot get anymore advance tickets.
I can arrange for the stand passes to distributed to those who want them.
Not long to go now.
