Finally got round to playing this. Am I the only one that loves it?

Repetative yes, but damn good fun and it looks amazing!

Ive just started on this, only play around an hour a night but think its awesome, dont have enough time to play it more.

Played it from start to finsh over Christmas. Will definitely be buying into the sequels and love the idea of a film based on the franchise.

I initially felt the construct-with-a-construct concept was a little unnessecary but it all makes sense in the end and I reckon the modern day stuff will be vitally important for later games.

I really liked it. It's the only game I can think of in recent memory that I HAD to keep at it until I finished it. I played it 10 hours straight for a couple of sessions.

Looking forward to the next one.

Whhhhhaaaaatttt you’re all mad!

I got this game, it was a massive disappointment, and hideously and I mean hideously over hyped.

I actually had to force myself to play through and just wanted to complete it and get it swapped.

Story line has obviously been set up for numerous sequels. So no doubt the next one you will be another assassin in a different part of the world in a different time but playing with the same contrived game play and story.

Such a predictable story, I could have told you from the start the bad guy was going to be your master. Cut scenes were tedious to say the least.

Graphics were good though.

Other things that irritated me about this game.

Massively repetitive – climb this, pick pocket that, climb this, pick pocket that etc

Controls were clunky slow and slow witted.

Combat was dire, just mash the buttons until everyone is dead.

The climbing was flawed, and such slow progress it was quicker to find a ladder!

Guards would attack you if you climbed, walked on roof’s, rode your horse, stood still, walked near them, got pushed into them etc.

Chase scenes were not exciting only frustrating as instantly the guards would become mega nija’s and only be seconds behind you.

Despite being a game about assassins and stealth there wasn’t any stealth. Just a case of stabbing someone and running away before you got spotted.

Impossible to kill a key target by stealth, as you would normally be attacked before you got even close to the target.

Despite having lots of people floating around the cities they were all the same people doing the same thing over and over. The same beggars, the same drunks the same street sellers, the same vigilantes etc. This just enhanced the repetitiveness.

I had absolutely no care for the lead character or what he was doing, or what was happening.

Oh and possibly the worst ending in game history.

All in all I thought it was really poor.

bender u hit the nail on the head!!!
its so boring and repetative! every set of missions is the same even the ending is lame, good idea about going back to the futer etc and if u read the emails on the pcs it gives alot more info about whats going on but if u didnt then i feel sorry for u lol.
