what kind of budget do you have...?

what kind of mods is your car running...?

what are any future power goals...?

the apexi fc and the link are suitable for most mods and power requirements but for that little bit extra and potential you have the likes of the motec....a lot more money but if your loaded in the first place then its like buying a cheeseburger... :-k

I'm curios is this Jeremy Ross remappable Ecu comparable to a standalone system :-k

Fair enough it will be cheaper but can it compete with the likes of the Apexi PFC or the link G3 :)

In all honesty i wouldn't mind getting his remappable Ecu but if it creates any type of restriction tune wise then i wont be too happy thats really why i want to know if the ECu is on Parr with the more popular makes :)

Me too.

There's one on ebay at the moment :thumleft:

Takes the rev limit to 8500, removed fuel cut, more agressive fuelling, and mapped for bolt-on mods and 1.2bar of boost.

I had mine on the dyno the other week and the fuelling was spot on throughout full boost from 40mph to 150mph - produced 306bhp at the flywheel, so it's doing something right :thumleft:

Take a look at the Hydra Nemesis. The 2.6 version is being release now and is supposed to be absolutely amazing and packed with new features.

The current Nemesis (like most other ECU's) uses a serial port. I'm guessing the new one is probably also going to utilize a serial port, for which you'd need a USB-to_serial adapter to connect to your laptop.

F-con v-Pro all the way. I have a link on mine but is holding the car back as the isn't enough scope. With the f-con it will mean tuning of each injector. The link was good for a long time and its still made good power (with a slipping clutch)
