


I've got a posting abroad for two years, and much as I want to keep my toy

- I can't.

The car is totally std apart from the 16" Super Advans and an after market immobiliser.

No extra turbo gauges, no turbo timers to help thieves.

It's a nice blank canvas for anyone wanting to do their own thing

The eagle eyed among you will probably have spotted that this isn't a turbo body.

The car WAS a N/A import

- I bought it from Rooster

(MR2OC)when his engine seized.

I then tansplanted EVERYTHING from my tubby into his car.

Wiring loom, suspension, steering, exhaust, etc etc.

WHY

? Because my original Tubby turned out to have a creased floor pan and when I found out, I didnt feel it was safe to be on the road.

I did the transplant myself and it was done properly.

Everything Turbo related was changed over, brakes, suspension, steering rack etc etc.

The only thnig I didnt fit was the side strips that say Turbo

- cos I wanted it to look like a N/A

- deters pond life from tryin to steal it

- and makes me howl with laughter when it surprises the unsuspecting

!!!!

While the engine was out, it had the following

:
New Blueprint Clutch and release bearing
New Water Pump
New Cambelt

(Full kit)
New thermostat
New Plugs

The only item that really
needed
changing was the clutch, but while it was out and everything was easy to reach

- I did it.

The engine came out of a car with 92000 Kilos on it, the speedo hadn't been converted.

It has a Pioneer mp3 CD player with Infinity speakers all round

!) The steeering fogs work perfectly.

It has Rev3 rear lights

It has tinted rear and side windows

- too dark for my liking

- but they do look good.

It has 6months tax and is MoT until June

- but if you want the peace of mind I'll put 12 months Mot on

- I'm that confident it will pass.
