If it's drive-by, they will have meters placed at at least one strategic point on the circuit.

If you do get pulled for noise and as long as you can show a machanical or physical adjustment, the should let you out again.

Donny allow boost to be turned down.

But the marshals monitoring the meters will pay extra close attention to the car when it's out again.
