Missing: 2 x 14" Triangle wheels

Post by Icsunonove »

I'm just having a sort out of wheels and tyres and realised that I'm two down :(

I may have either lent them to someone to get home after a trackday or someone has taken them home for me.

Anybody claim responsibility?

Lol! I suppose on the face of it it does seem a bit absent minded of me but when you consider how many wheels and tyres I should have in my possession then I think you'll understand how it is quite easy to mislay two.

I should have:

6 x 14" BBS Mazda lattice alloys
4 x 14" Toyota MR2 Mk1 Triangles
4 x 15" Toyota MR2 Mk3 Alloys
4 x 16" TSW R Alloys

18 wheels!

Two sets are going, just need to find out who has two of my 14" triangles.. :?

/Does a quick mental check.

I reckon we've got about 24 in total, all standard. None of them are yours though Tom :p

:? Hmmm, it's a complete mystery. I've asked the usual suspects and none of them have them :?

I'm beginning to think I have accidentally left them at a track somewhere

It's particularly annoying 'cos they were in reasonable condition (having refurbished them a while ago) and I wanted to sell them... :(

What gave it away, poor straight line speed or really bad cornering?

LOL! It was the cornering. I was really struggling around the left hand corners at Cadwell until I realised I had no wheels on the right hand side! :clown:
