Just as above is the screws holding on the rotary arm flat are star.

I'm not absolutely sure what the question is and without a question mark I'm not even sure it's a question, lol. but if it is then the screws are phillips heads though I seem to remember you can use an ordinary screwdriver as well, and Jeffd does them.

Hehe got them out. They were very tight and the heads on them were badly worn.
