DAVE @ NEOS DESIGNS

Post by juliankv73 »

Well its been almost 1.5 years since I paid my in full for a TOMS Rear Bumper in the original Group Buy in August 2006.

Then came a plethora of excuses, why the bumper wasnt in production etc etc etc.

Then finally the import one was made, .....
..............but the UK number plate was not, then came a lot more excuses...

At this point, some 12 months later I lost my patience with the constant tide of excuses and demanded my refund. Dave then promised me additional products to remedy the issue, then nothing.....

So Finally I demanded my refund and was advised that I would have to wait until a bumper was sold...this has been months.

Dave I would be grateful if you would just refund my money asap.

You have had this as an interest free loan for almost 1.5 years  .

Enough is enough now, I demand my full refund.

I am no longer interested in any excuses, I just want my money back.

When I was waiting for a refund from Dave, I was put in contact with another chap who was dealing with certain aspects of his business (he is a member on here IIRC) for him. I can't remember his name off the top of my head but I will search through my old emails if I can find them and let you guys know.

I did eventually get a refund but it was after a lot of waiting.

Anyway I'll repost as soon as I find the info.

DARRYN had some dealins with Neos, but that was a year ago now last time I dealt with him.

Very helpful chap but not sure if he's still involved or not now.

Dave really is something of a Jekyl and Hyde. Me personally cant fault the bloke. Its odd he is behaving in this manor.

Well, it looks like I posted up too soon.....

Since David spoke with me, the **anticipated** date for delivery has been and gone and low and behold...no return of my calls and texts...

The only problem still is that I dont know Headcovers full name and address

https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco/gui ... repare.jsp

The moneyclaims website states that : -

"It is advisable that before you start making a claim online, you have the following information available:

Full name and address of the person(s) you wish to make a claim against"
