Goldy had the right idea, went in had a meal (I walked past totally unaware...) and managed to get out before the mad rush to the bar. Good going, mind if we join and copy you next time?

My girlfriend gets cold quite a lot (I was the tall buy in black with the Chinese girl) but she does try and learn about cars... Since she can't drive I'm always glad that she comes along, because it means I don't look a sad git having a meal on my own, or watching Star Wars on the TFTs...

i really need to sort out the mess on my dashboard, the numpty who had the car before me made a real mess of cutting a hold in the dash for one of the screens, not sure if i have the skills to make it look nice so im considering just replacing the dash - any ideas? unfortunatly i dont have a good pic to show you, but i suppose you could see it next month

Dude, meets aren't always about "show and shine"... For some it's about mechanical mods, power etc... rather than looks

My MKI is well rusty too, yet I take it to meets for various reasons.
1] For the banter.
2] So I can learn more about the cars.
3] So the other's can see the car's progression of restoration.

I liked all the MR2s on show, I took that picture because I wanted to capture all of them! No comments about the rust as I'm sure it gets care in other ways or will do once the owner's circumstances change!

Hey i had dodgy holes and bad paint i wouldnt turn up at a meet without it finished, nowl ill have the spray done tomorrow and my engine doesnt work.
