If you want a twin exit thats fairly loud but quite droning then you may like a Mongoose exhaust.

Is there much difference between a blueflame and a mongoose?

Get a Phoenix Power Departure II, it sounds the best though a tunnel at wot.

Also it makes windows rattle on idle.

Dep II Pro is lower to the ground and the piping is wider than the normal Dep II

Theres a guy selling one in the affiliates section I think!

my blueflame is 2.5 inches internal diameter where it connects to the downpipe - I specifically measured this, and it's not a guess.

it widens out though, and is I think 5 inches at the tail.

I hear it's similar to the mongoose, but has slash cut tips.

it's fruity on wide open throttle, will rumble your stomach a bit on tickover if you're out of the car (more so since decat) and people know i'm coming from a couple of streets away (which is good, as they can get the kettle on).

but, it is very drony on the motorway at 3,000rpm, and 3k revs in 5th is 70mph. Rising to just 3,500 - 4,000 revs the noise just drops away, but you're now going 80mph.

would I buy it again? probably yes, as I'm a bit tight and it's cheap. But I don't do a lot of motorway driving.
