[Mk2] [Turbo] what type of gearbox oil do i need for a rev 3?

hi evry1 i was wondering if any1 can help me? i was wondering what type of gearbox oil i should put in me rev 3 and has the rev 3s got a slipd diff in them?

I'd use Redline MT90 or 75W90NS.

I've recently used Comma gearbox oil in the Mk1 NA and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was - felt better than Halfords or Castrol gearbox oil.
