We too are going for the non grandstand tickets this year. We liked walking around finding a different spot to sit in every couple of hours. Reema keeps harping on about going up in a helicopter so I know where my £270 will be going! lol

We missed out on the 2am jaunt across mud last year... any adventures this year and we'll be making sure we're there!

I love those pics of you guys drinking jugs of blonde beer! That alone makes me think that Bruges should be repeated. Reema fancies somewhere in Germany???

You can get French cider, it depeds on what you want, do you want the cheap 50p per bottle or expensive 85p per bottle cider!!

Ok guys,

Pictures the scene, 25+ MR2's in France, 40-50 people to look after, I'm going to be pretty flat out here. I'm not going to be able to look after the after show party if you want to call it that. We are going to need someone to look after the interests of the bolt on holiday once we leave the Chateau. Check out websites, holtels, bookings, mapping, etc

oooh, ok i'll plug the doors & fill the car with Cider then Hic! . Shame i wasnt coming on the bolt on part of the trip i would have loved that & i know someone who would have taken on the challenge of organising too !....... maybe next year then , Jinxy - le - sausage ( distant cousin of Mc Jinxy )

Hi Carl /Bev, great to hear from you, are you staying at the white rabbit with us lot ? camping is from the 10th - 17th then those that are extending the trip will be in guest houses/hotels etc. Mike i think we ought to have an after show party for those who are going home on the 17th too see you there, Jinxy

Pete, by "After show " do you mean those that are going to bruges or wherever, or do you mean those that are staying at the chateau till Tuesday in other words is the party at Le mans or Bruges, cheers, Jinxy

Reason I'm still sitting on the fence (and TBH thankful I still haven't bought my ferry ticket) is that a contract project I'm currently working on for the Uni has just had the deadline pushed back till mid-June and I may need to be here until the end. Been in meetings about the project much of this week. May have to pull out but won't know for sure until Friday. Tell you what though, if I do have to pull out, I'm seriously going to be .
I'm definitely in for the after-party - if I can get out of having to still be here for the final part of the project (my work is at the beginning part of project...).

I'll be speaking to Shane next weekend about the after show trip. We just need to come up with ideas and an agenda as to where to go and what to do, although I should imagine a pub and beer will somehow find its way into the equasion.

We need ideas and input from everyone please.
