Its been on the cards a while now, but only just found a decent runaround to replace it.The above pic was before any body work was done.

White E reg mk1b Tbar.
Tax end december, mot end june 2008
101,500miles with FSH from toyota to 97,000iirc to varify.
I was given the car in pretty awful condition, with a full toyota service history.
Since ive had it, i had the rear arches semi sorted, its solid but not the best job as some of you will know. The bottom half was painted at the same time.

Ive replaced a rotton front wing, rotton passenger door, welded a small patch under the passenger footwell, replaced the leather seats with blue mk1b seats, but i have a spare set of ok condition leathers that need tlc before refitting.

It has a stainless, magnex i think, not very loud but has a nice note to it, 16inch TSWs with good yoko tyres, clear front repeater/sidelight lenses.Has a hks style cone filter in the engine bay and a not yet fitted cold air intake. Theres a two way pager alarm by hornet, fitted by myself, currently controls door locks and theres a shock senser, ignition senser door open senser ect, but can be programmed to do loads including auto start, total closure, solanoid activation etc.

Service wise, ive changed the oil and filter twice in about 5k miles. In the last 2 months ive replaced fuel filter, plugs, leads, dizzy cap/arm, thermostat, rad(new recore), water pump, timing belt, front pads, wiper arms( from a hyundi so blades fit easy!).Also had a brand new battery a week after i got the car. all the service parts were done as a service, the water parts were changed as they failed! :(

Probably missed out loads of bits, ive got a few spares to fit, bits of trim, ARB bushes etc. Anyway as ill be converting another mk1 this one has to go.

Only major bad bits are the roof near the windscreen needs fixing still, about 200-250 to repair and paint the top half the car. The manifold to downpipe join needs attention, the nuts keep coming loose, i think the dpipe flange may need fettling aswell. lastly it does have a leaky tbar, quite bad some days, but jinxy has a set of door rubbers cheep that should fix it.

Im looking for around £700 as it stands, ill leave the alpine head unit (£150 retail plays mp3s) and the kicker K40 front speakers, really good loud sound for a 10cm speaker. This price is way less than ive spent out on the car

Will possibly break it if theres enough interest in parts, but rather let it go complete and somebody finish it off.

Thanx for looking, apolagies for the following pics, ill get some decent ones the weekend.

Loads of watchers on ebay, any1 here intrested? Unfortunatly nobody come to have a nosey at it, so might end up pulling the auction early unless i get a show of interest from IMOC or other owners club member, dont want to be stuck with a time waster! Anyway, get bidding it finished sunday!

Totally non-car related: I'm amazed to see someone else from Tuxford.

I used to live on Ollerton Road, opposite the GPO (phone exchange)!
