Electric Supercharger

Post by KrisMoyse »

Not sure if I've put this in the right forum, please move if needed mods.

I'm sure they are a load of b0ll0cks but thought I'd ask as I keep seeing them come up on eBay.

I'm sure these would be a great addition to something that can't pull in a decent amount of air. Maybe like a mini moto or something.

I made the mistake of posting up about these ages ago -should come up in a search. They're nonsense.

Buy it and watch your power decrease :thumleft:

A certain member on here got one free from a firend who had bought a car and it was in the boot of the car bought. It is essentially a fan from a computer so not very powerful and will restrict the airflow. We are considering fitting it to Tiamat and testing to see how bad it actually is!

If it decreases performance, would fitting it as a modification reduce my insurance premium? :-k

yeah stick that in your inlet track somewhere, watch it over spin as the engine sucks loads of air through it ... the bearing will quickly collapse and the remains of the thing will be sucked into cylinders 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 and nuke your engine.

Job done . . . quite literally!
