[Mk2] [Turbo] knock sensor knackered?

just been for a drive the tubby today. anyhow i'm not getting any knock readings on my apexi commander and on the screen the word knock has a line next to it (knock l). does that mean my knock sensor needs replacing?

check the wire hasn't fallen off it first .

Don't know about the apexi thing but if your knock sensor has gone then the engine managment light will come on.

Do check the wire though as my wire split in half for some reason Joined it back up and all was good

where is the knock sensor located is it visible from the top of the engine or does it need jacking up?

jack the car up and it is located under the inlet manifold, think it`s a 27mm socket you will need to change it. you cant really miss it
